4-bed apartment for vacation rental in Casalabate, on the Adriatic Sea. The house is located on the ground floor of a small complex and is totally independent.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, mosquito nets, electric oven, hair dryer and TV. It also has an outdoor shower in the back, in a small courtyard.

The apartment on the ground floor of the newly renovated Le dimore del sole complex is simply furnished with excellent finishes.
The entrance is into a living room with a double sofa bed, table, chairs and TV, plus a small storage room. From here you go to the eat-in kitchen with climate. From the kitchen you enter the full shower room, and exit to the inner courtyard where there is an outdoor shower and washing machine.
The sleeping area of the apartment consists of 1 double bedroom.

The apartment is located in the town of Casalabate, a lively seaside resort that stretches along the Adriatic coast of Salento, characterized by long sandy beaches, rocky outcrops and crystal clear sea.
The sea is just 20 meters from the two apartments. Casalabate, in recent years, is at the center of a judicious redevelopment of the waterfront. All services are located there, as well as clubs, restaurants, bars, and often entertainment and parties.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in the kitchen.
