Outrageous! Booked a room, got the confirmation, went to the place, and it was closed! A note at the door saying there was a heating problem. No one had contacted us, nor got back to us after leaving a voice message. Later, in another hotel nearby, we heard that they do this more often and simply close the place for a brief holiday. Thanks for letting us know, Hotel Mayzer! We will never get back to this place! Nor should you!
