The location of this holiday apartment is ideal in summer as well as in winter.
In summer, you have a wide range of leisure activities from this accommodation. For beginners as well as for advanced hikers, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature in the surrounding area. Lake Ossiach is right in front of you, here you can spend a beautiful day on the water.
In winter, you can take the shuttle bus to the Kanzelbahn with your ski pass for the Gerlitzen ski area. Here you can let off steam on 42 kilometres of slopes. Both the beginner and the advanced skier will find the right slope here
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Die Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen-
- örtlich sehr gut gelegen
- nicht weit von den Bergen entfernt
- Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
- Nähe Gewässer, Flüsse, Seen
- sehr gute Fahrradwege
Die vermietende Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Hingegen würde ich die vermittelnde Agentur nie mehr wählen. Sehr chaotisch, keine genaue Adressangaben, bis zu Letzt keine wirklich klare Info bezüglich Vermieter, etc. etc. Ich musste am Vortag der Abreise klären, wo, resp. wie ich in die FeWo kommen kann...
