Een heel mooi appartement, netjes ingericht. Mooi groot balkon, met een mooi uitzicht op het meer, al stonden er we enige bomen in de weg, die net iets te hoog zijn. De weg ernaar toe is steil, met de auto goed te doen, fietsen is een ander verhaal. De auto kon overdekt geparkeerd worden, leker bij deze hitte die wij hadden. De kabelbaan is op 3 stappen verwijderd, dus zeer toegankelijk. Annenheim stel niets voor als zoekt naar een binneplein of winkels, daarvoor moet je toch echt naar Villach, Velden of Klagenfurt. Fietsen in de omgeving is prachtig. Rond het meer ligt een fietspad, wat op de zuidkant er beter bij ligt dan de noordkant. Maar is zeker de moeite waard.
