Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. On the ground floor: Entrance hall, WC, fitted kitchen open to the living room, utility room. Master bedroom (1 bed 160x200), dressing room, private bathroom (bath and shower). Upstairs: Large landing, bedroom (1 bed 140x190), bedroom (1 bed 160x200), bedroom with baby bed, bathroom with shower and WC. Beautiful paved terrace of 30 m² with awning overlooking the garden. Lawn of 700 m² at the back and courtyard of 200 m² (space for 2 vehicles) at the front. This accommodation is reserved for leisure customers. Comfortable and bright, this carefully decorated and tastefully furnished cottage overlooks the Jaudy estuary. 300m away, the GR34 takes you to the Château de la Roche Jagu and its magnificent gardens. You are facing Tréguier, a small town of character known for its cloister and cathedral. The cottage is equidistant from Perros-Guirec (Pink Granite Coast) and Ploubazlanec. About twenty km away: the pier for the famous island of Bréhat called the Flower Island. Beautiful independent house with a trendy decoration, will be the starting point for your holidays at the edge of Jaudy! To book without moderation!

Calme, sérénité et belle vue
Pour une occasion particulière j'avais trouvé cet hébergement (initialement prévu pour 4 personnes) dont l'intérieur était très plaisant. La découverte en vrai a été encore plus agréable que l'aperçu que j'avais pu avoir au travers des photos. D'abord le lieu situé dans une impasse qui était très calme, puis la maison et son jardin situés dans le versant avec une vue sur Tréguier et le jardin joliment aménagé et enfin l'intérieur de la maison chaleureuse.Nous avons vite trouvé nos marque das cette habitation et tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un agréable séjour.Les propriétaires sont accueillants et communiquent bien ce qui nous a permis d'avoir des conseils sur les endroits à visiter et nous a rendu le séjour encore plus profitable.Si l'occasion de venir à nouveau là, nous essaierons reprendre cette maison.

Un séjour très agréable
La maison est idéalement située pour visiter les Côtes d'Armor et très confortable. Les propriétaires l'ont doté de tout ce qui peut rendre un séjour agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
