Convenient 2-bedroom apartment Freshly renovated. Separate entrance. Beach across the road. Directly on canal.
Everything you need for 4 persons.
Bedrooms are air-conditioned, ceiling fans throughout, wifi, TV through internet. Outdoor grill, sunbeds, bicycles.
Rear porch is just steps from canal. Main advantage:
You will be able to use the 80 foot dock (value 75 $/day included, water and power on dock subject to a charge). Please note that you will be the only tenant in the house, the main unit will be blocked for your stay.
You could also rent the whole Starboard House with then 6 bedrooms and all amenities.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms.

Perfect Location for a boat

This house was exactly as advertised and it was wonderful. We chose the spot so we could have a boat slip for my family's 40 cruiser. Worked perfectly. Very quite spot. Great beaches all around. Manager was attentive.
