This charming house I boasts 3+bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and shower, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring local attractions, fishing, or just enjoying the sun at the pool or the famous Treasure Cay beaches! Enjoy modern amenities like WiFi, AC, quartz counter tops, wet bar, washer/dryer, and new boat dock with lift. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. This is a boutique private community with 9 residence who share a private pool, bbq cabana, and large commercial ice maker. Palm Bay 6 is a short walk or golf cart ride to the spectacular Treasure Cay beach, multiple restaurants, and other local attractions. 20 minutes from Treasure Airport, 30-40 minutes from Marsh Harbour airport.
