This charming house I boasts 3+bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and shower, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring local attractions, fishing, or just enjoying the sun at the pool or the famous Treasure Cay beaches! Enjoy modern amenities like WiFi, AC, quartz counter tops, wet bar, washer/dryer, and new boat dock with lift. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. This is a boutique private community with 9 residence who share a private pool, bbq cabana, and large commercial ice maker. Beautiful home and great service.This home made our trip amazing. They had everything you could think of to accommodate two families. The outdoor patio and pool bar and grill made our evenings lovely. Marcellus was on site whenever you needed him from greeting us as we arrived to helping us. He was only a phone call away.
