Weekly stay July 4th; 4 night minimum stay Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.

Private Mini resort on 1.86 acres located on all-sports Rennie Lake. We offer 900 sq ft house available for rent which has 1 bedroom, full bath, full kitchen and private deck. Deck has charcoal grill and patio table with seating for 4. Common area of the resort has large sun deck, fire pit near the water and a private sandy beach. The house has window A/C in bedroom and kitchen, washer & dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, cookware, linens provided, and you must provide beach towels.

Rental includes a Master bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2), and a full sofa bed in living room (sleeps 2) and twin sofa bed (sleeps 1). Max occupacy is 5. No tents, RV’s or Travel Trailers permitted.

Check in 5pm Check out 10am Sharp; No early or late check in. No Smoking or Vaping inside, Pet fee is $20 per pet per night (must disclose before rental); NO Towels provided

There is has a door in the basement that leads to backyard. Newly updated full bath with shower/tub combo.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Cute cottage on lake

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. We were supposed to have our family pet with us but he passed away of cancer before we went. Angela was sympathetic and refunded us the additional fee.

Family Vacation

The property is on a lake that is more so for fishing and boating. The water is beautiful to look at but lots of lily pads and seaweed. The house is nicely decorated and my kids enjoyed the playground areas and basketball hoop. It’s a short drive to downtown Traverse City. I did question the cleanliness of the bedding but the owner was responsive to my concern. We left our AirPods behind and she kindly mailed them to us. Overall a nice property to stay close to the Traverse City area.

Family Vacation

We had a nice stay. House was clean overall and had almost all of the amenities we needed. The property was nice and is in a great location. We did book both houses on the property to have all common areas to ourselves. Glad we did this as the houses are very close together and we enjoyed having the beach area to ourselves.

A Gem on Rennie Lake

My family had a wonderful stay at the cottage on Rennie Lake. The lake was beautiful, the home was just the right size for 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 small dogs. Air Conditioning was a wonderful bonus along with stacked washer and dryer. The cottage had everything needed for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Rennie lake

kCottage was very clean and comfortable. The lake was beautiful and we did enjoy our stay for the week. Only difficulty was the steep grade from the cottage to the water. My husband is 70yrs old and was unable to make it up and down hill to the water. Pictures dont appear that steep, but its a bit tough if you have bad knees or ankles.

Nice for our family.

We were a little surprised when we arrived and the door was completely unlocked. It made us feel a little uneasy as we were expecting to have to use the lock box. Additionally, the house was supposed to have internet and we didn't have it our entire day, which was made even more awful since my husband had some work to do and the weather was TERRIBLE! We called the property manager about it upon arrival. He answered his phone right away (and was kind) and it seemed as though he was trying to find a solution but later just told us there was nothing he could do. Apparently the server is shared by a few homes. It wasn't accessible by us. The problem was never fixed and we went our entire stay without internet, which was poor as we rented the home because it had internet.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time this weekend here. Cute, clean little place right on the water. The cabin was perfect for a girls getaway. The only reason I gave it less than 5 stars is because of the shared space. If you're looking for something private, this isn't it. The dock, balcony, and beach area is shared with another unit. It didn't impact us much because of the rain, but I could see it impacting other visitors.
