A group of four of us stayed at the Suncatcher and had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable beds. Cutely decorated. The rooftop patio was really awesome! You can see the water from there and they have a nice grilling area as well as a fire pit. Location for downtown traverse city was great. Lots of walkable restaurants/bars/shops. Would recommend!

Nice place, great location. 1 car parking.
Location is great, easy walk to Clinch park area and many restaurants and bars. Unit is modern and clean, access is easy with a coded door lock. No complaints about the unit or stay.Couple points that may be helpful; you get access to one garaged parking spot, the small single car condo garage that might not work for very large vehicles. Other cars have to street park a block or so away. There are many lots nearby but they are for businesses so ok for short term but have a risk of towing otherwise. Also, the pics are clear about this but there's no dining table in the common area, just the kitchen bar and stools, and a small pub table/fire table on the roof.Still marking everything as 5 stars as it is accurate as listed.

Can’t wait to go back!!
We’ve been coming up from the Detroit area every year to watch my husband run in the bayshore race, and this was the perfect condo for our family! The location is walkable, parking is convenient, and it’s close to all major roads to get up the peninsula where our friends live. We walked to parks, wine shops, dinner spots and coffee places. The actual condo is beautiful, with a private roof top and view of the water. Management was responsive when we had trouble with the key pad (user error haha) and it was stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. They had nice touches including free access to a gym and an offer for free grocery delivery service before we got there. We will definitely be going back!!
