The upstairs apartment contains 2 bedrooms, full bath, a full kitchen, and a home office.
This is an old home!
Built at the turn from the 19th to 20th century, this home was meant to be a single family dwelling, but was almost instantaneously transformed into a boarding house. This house has old fashioned funk and charm. It will easily accommodate a large group without feeling cramped or crowded.
A shared outdoor space includes a grill, private backyard, outdoor seating and ample private parking.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a microwave, a dishwasher, and an oven.

Great location

Perfect location for access to the beach and town. The house was spacious and clean. There was no washer and dryer which was a problem for us since we were renting for 10 days. There needs to be more chairs in the dining room on the first floor.
