Newer condo and well equipped. Next to
Trail for biking or walking. Not too far from downtown. Super easy drive to beach for sunset (maybe a mile) . Coffee shops near! Safe area. Condo is newer, beds comfy and nice to have two bathrooms. Good selection of books:) We would stay there again.
