This newly renovated stylish bungalow is steps from the 22 mile paved Swamp Rabbit biking trail! You can walk to a handful of restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores and brewery located in downtown Travelers Rest. Check out the Farmers Market and live music on the weekend. This house has a fire pit, fenced in yard and screened porch. Central location to Furman, Greenville, Paris Mountain State Park, and all the upstate has to offer. Rent a bike and ride into Greenville to beautiful Falls Park!
The space
This home was completely renovated in 2021 and includes all new furnishings. Enjoy the nights relaxing by the fire pit and Adirondack chairs!
The home features a large tiled custom shower, open living room and kitchen and lots of outdoor space. It has a large fenced in back yard and screened in side porch.
