On Sunday, September 3, arrive at the hotel with the reservation made. At the reception they ask me to pay the rent of the room and I offer my card for the payment to be made, however it was not done and I was blocked a charge of 2000 euros. On Monday, September 4, my company BRP-Rotax made the successful payment of the rent of the room 301 plus extra food charges. Now, I have spoken several times to the bank (Bancomer) to follow up the return of the money and they tell me that the charge has not been canceled even by the establishment Park Inn Radisson Hotel. The money is still blocked as a purchase in your Hotel and is the reason why the bank does not make the return the money or charge. In the same way they ask me for a cancellation or rejection of the purchase. Could you help me solve it? Thank you. Note. Already this topic speaks with the lady of reception, comments that will follow up. Rene Lopez Room 301.
We stayed here as part of a cycling tour. the hotel is fairly central and easy to locate. A typical bigger chain hotel, where rooms are adequate and clean. Well furnished with comfortable beds. We had a half board option, which was OK, but not exceptional as they were catering for a larger group at the same time. Breakfast however was amazing - everything you could think of to eat and more, loads of fresh options and a variety of items (Chia seeds drink) that I had never seen and was more than happy to try. Loads of hot and cold options and plentiful supplies of everything. Staff at breakfast were brilliant, very cheery and helpful. Would stay here again just for the breakfast.
This is a good bulk standard hotel (by which I mean no criticism) - relatively new, well designed, spacious, clean and convenient. Large well designed rooms - everything you need, even if not luxurious. If you're bent on a fine gastronomic experience then you won't want to dine in the hotel, but what we were served on our half-board terms was perfectly acceptable. What made the hotel exceptional was the good-humoured, friendly and helpful welcome. I would certainly stay here again.
We stayed here for one night, as part of an Austrian driving tour. The location is convenient and above a secure, underground car park. Check-in was swift, friendly and efficient and we were in our room within minutes. The rooms are classic Radisson, modern, clean and functional with a good TV, plenty of channels, including some in English. The bathroom is also modern, with a decent shower. We found the beds comfortable, the A/C good and we slept well. The tried the room service. It was served when expected and we found the food tasty. Breakfast was not included in our room charge. The food and selections are average, with all of the options you'd expect offered. We ate 'al fresco' outside. Overall, a visit pretty much as we expected from a Radisson. Efficient, friendly and what we expected.
We have stayed in hundreds of hotels in the last few years big and small. This ranks with the best. The positives: friendly and accommodating staff, large quiet double room, great room lighting, great air conditioning, great water pressure in sink and shower, clean property and room, quick elevators, good breakfast buffet, secure bicycle storage in garage, cafe food is good, large HDTV with English channels. The negatives: nothing. Bottom line you'll have a good nights sleep at a fair price.
Two blocks from the central street through Linz with parking underneath, the glass and chrome entry could be anywhere. Reception was efficient and helpful with city plans. The room was clean, with enough extra floor space to leave a suitcase open on the floor. Card key required to get lights and power. Good bathroom and spacious shower. Bed mattress was very firm. My room up a flight from the street faced out onto a park and was quiet. Morning breakfast buffet ample.
Nice clean modern hotel in old town shopping district. Close to transportation great restaurants and sites. Convenient parking garage. Bar staff could be more friendly. Our bartender was quite rude when I went to the bar and ask a simple question "Sit Down I'll come to your table in a minute!" she said.
A five day stay was spent in this hotel on a business trip. This was a first visit to Linz and my wife and I agreed to upgrade the standard room which was allocated for a business room which had it's own tea/coffee making facilities. A refrigerator would have been a welcome addition especially if it offered some cool drinks. The room had air-conditioning which was essential due to high external ambient temperatures. The buffet style breakfasts were available at ground level and offered a good selection of hot and cold options. Seating could have been either indoors or outdoors in an adjoining terrace. A ground floor bar in the foyer called "Square" offered drinks and food. We ate dinner here on one evening and the cooked meal was very good although the food service was quite slow. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The location also suited our needs and we would be happy to stay here again.
Hi! We spent one night travelling to Lyon. We've booked online, as usual, 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived we were asked to pay 40 euro for the child, even the reservation was done, mail recieved.. When i checked the hotel policy on booking.com, it was marked that for a child under 12 (our case), the price was 20... With the appologies from the front desk personal, and confronting the prices, we agreed that the booking was aleeady payed. I wonder how easy a traveller who doesnt speak german/english can be cheated! In rest, the location of the hotel, and the rooms was ok, according to the booking!
We spent one night in this hotel on the way to Vienna. It's nicely situated, has good parking, pleasant staff, and its rooms are spacious and well appointed. My only gripe was charging three and a half Euros for the small bottle of water in the room when this is free with most of its competitors.
