I was in this hotel +/- 5 times and this is my review: Pros: - the rooms are quiet, clean and spacious - the gym - friendly staff - location is in the city center but not too busy - good wifi Cons: - maybe some more machines in the gym

Stayed for 2 nights in a superior double, all clean, quite, check-in and out was super fast, staff was always friendly and competent, breakfast was good, variations average but fried eggs sunny side up - just perfect and super fast- thanks!!! Location is excellent in the city, everything you can do by walk. What I missed were slippers, coffee equipment in the room wasn’t renewed the second day, eucalyptus smell on the pillow I did not like and that there is no wardrobe to put your clothes in-in fact you can hang all your shirt and jacket on the wall but it looks a bit untidy. Garage is underneath the hotel, perfect for me. Overall a good place to stay and my criticism is most probably minor. BTW, don’t forget to by honey from the bees living in the first floor-the Austrian take their environment seriously!!! Thanks to the Hotel-Team

A more modern hotel with a good location near but not on the main shopping street. We were able to walk to two of the highest rated restaurants and several of the major tourist attractions. The included breakfast was good with many choices

Perfect location. Room clean. Furnishing could be better for the price. Reception staff very efficient. Parking available. Breakfast ok. But the location beats all other aspects. Room woth balcony was perfect for me.

Hotel is clean and in a great part of the city. Breakfast here is also good for $12 euros. The bar has an excellent selection. The room's bathroom only has liquid soap in the shower and at the sink, no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion bottles. Also, no coffee/tea makers in the room.

A modern hotel with a big, comfortable room, a pleasant bar/restaurant and a pretty good breakfast. Plus free wifi and a big car park. And its close to city centre restaurants. Everything you need to help take the hassle out of a business trip.

I enjoyed my time here for 3 nights. I felt very relaxed and slept well. A good size room and bathroom. Wifi worked well. There were no amenities or fridge or kettle. This did not bother me. A nice area downstairs for drinks, etc. Good security as need to use your card for elevator. I would stay again. One street off main pedestrian street.

It's a functional hotel in a good location. Breakfast was good. Having to put your room card into the lift to operate it was annoying. Would stay again for function not the "experience" staff were friendly

On Sunday, September 3, arrive at the hotel with the reservation made. At the reception they ask me to pay the rent of the room and I offer my card for the payment to be made, however it was not done and I was blocked a charge of 2000 euros. On Monday, September 4, my company BRP-Rotax made the successful payment of the rent of the room 301 plus extra food charges. Now, I have spoken several times to the bank (Bancomer) to follow up the return of the money and they tell me that the charge has not been canceled even by the establishment Park Inn Radisson Hotel. The money is still blocked as a purchase in your Hotel and is the reason why the bank does not make the return the money or charge. In the same way they ask me for a cancellation or rejection of the purchase. Could you help me solve it? Thank you. Note. Already this topic speaks with the lady of reception, comments that will follow up. Rene Lopez Room 301.

We stayed here as part of a cycling tour. the hotel is fairly central and easy to locate. A typical bigger chain hotel, where rooms are adequate and clean. Well furnished with comfortable beds. We had a half board option, which was OK, but not exceptional as they were catering for a larger group at the same time. Breakfast however was amazing - everything you could think of to eat and more, loads of fresh options and a variety of items (Chia seeds drink) that I had never seen and was more than happy to try. Loads of hot and cold options and plentiful supplies of everything. Staff at breakfast were brilliant, very cheery and helpful. Would stay here again just for the breakfast.
