Venti del Mare Holiday Home – 150m from the Beach, Private Parking, Sea View

Our holiday home is just 150 meters from the sea in Trappeto, in the Ciammarita area (Palermo). This beautiful house accommodates 6 guests and has been recently renovated, just steps from the sandy beach. You will be renting the first floor only, which is independent and has a private entrance. The owner lives in the building, but you will have complete autonomy and privacy.



The entire property is surrounded by high fences. Outside, there is free private covered parking. The bright home, with high ceilings, features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living area, bathroom with shower, and a large veranda.



The master bedroom has a modern air conditioner and a small balcony with sea view. The second bedroom offers one single bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living area includes a sofa bed for an extra guest.



The veranda is a relaxing space with sea view. The apartment has a private outdoor shower with hot water and a garden barbecue. Rates include electricity and water.



A crib, high chair, and changing table are available on request. Linen and towel changes are available for an extra fee.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m., a late check-in fee applies; please contact the host via the booking platform to arrange your arrival time. The local tourist tax is collected at check-in, per person, per night.
