Staff was very friendly and helpful, easy parking, clean rooms. The waiter apparently heard me commenting about how I missed having ice in my drinks (it's not common in Romania) and went out of his way to find me some. Lovey hotel and area.

Very comfortable hotel not that far from the city center. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Two beautiful parks fairly close by-good for jogging, walking, etc. Would not consider staying anyplace else if returning to Cluj.
