New architect-designed villa of 333 m² in a private estate, offering great tranquility. Just 4 km from the Estérel massif, accessible on foot or by bike, and 25 minutes from the beaches of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël.



The house features three spacious bedrooms (28–35 m²), each with en-suite bathroom and WC, opening onto the garden. The 65 m² master suite includes a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bathtub, and is surrounded by a 176 m² terrace with views of Roquebrune rock and the Maures mountains. The large 115 m² living room provides a welcoming space, complemented by a 33 m² entrance and a fully equipped kitchen.



Outside, enjoy a 12 m heated pool (heated in May, June, and October), whirlpool, and sunbathing area. The pool is closed from November to April. The landscaped garden offers two lounges, sunbeds, a large dining table for 12, hammock area, lit pétanque court, and parasols. Underfloor heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort. High-quality materials create a warm atmosphere.



The property is surrounded by a 5,500 m² garden, olive trees, and 2 hectares of woodland—perfect for inspiring walks—with private parking.



On request, services such as private chef or caterer, mountain bikes, golf club access, and boat rental with or without skipper are available for an extra fee. Ideally located in the heart of the Côtes de Provence vineyards, 40 minutes from Nice, Aix-en-Provence, and Saint-Tropez, with nine top golf courses within 45 minutes, including one just 15 minutes away.

Perfect for family holidays

Pros: Wonderful villa and perfect for the big family holiday (or several families together). Very nice host who cares about you. Cons: Cooking facilities could be better. If youvare cooking for a lot of people, the pans and pots are to small. But the amount of plates and glasses are OK!

Excellent moment !

Pros: Nous sommes restés un week-end à la villa Valériane à l'occasion de mon anniversaire et nous avons passé un moment fabuleux. La maison est très spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Les extérieurs sont propices à la détente. De plus, Sylvie est très sympathique et nous a parfaitement accompagnés pour rendre cette expérience la plus agréable possible.
