This Lohals townhouse / cottage is located just 160 m from Lohals harbor, which is packed with facilities and opportunities. The cottage offers a unique blend of harbors proximity and seclusion. From the 1st floor balcony you have a west view of the sailboats and the sunset. In the secluded backyard, on the 701 m & # 178; reason, you will find over 50 special roses in the highest fragrance scala. They are arranged in special color mosaics. The garden division into several rooms each has its own atmosphere and exciting living and play opportunities. The orangery is a chapter in itself. Inside & quot; Hav-kær & quot ;, the cottage's nickname, you are invited into the warm and personal atmosphere. There is a large conversation kitchen with i.a. utility room, microwave, dishwasher, two freezers and three refrigerators. Large bathroom with both bath and shower. The first floor contains three bedrooms with space for 7 people. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor. Outdoors there is a swing and a campfire for the long summer evenings.
