Gravelled terrace. Private car park equipped with a charging socket for electric vehicles. At the entrance of a hamlet, beautiful country house entirely renovated with exposed stones. Personalized and neat decoration, with paintings made by the owner. Beautiful outdoor space with garden furniture. Shops and services open all year round in Yenne 5 km away. Gite located opposite the cottage Le Verger 73G299103 that can be rented together to accommodate 13 people in total. Close to lakes with supervised swimming (St Jean de Chevelu at 12 km, Aiguebelette or le Bourget at 19 km), in the heart of the Avant-Pays-Savoyard, territory of wooded valleys, hills and rivers between the Chartreuse massif and the Rhône. Walks and marked trails near the cottage or hikes in the Regional Natural Park of Chartreuse. Mountain biking and cycling routes including the Léman-Méditerranée cycle path near Yenne.
