Our room was spacious. Furniture wasn’t very comfortable. We would have appreciated more written information in English. Staff were not especially warm. The bath in the facility was great.

Staff went above and beyond every step of the way. Kind and polite. The staff didn't speak much English but with the use of translators and visual explanations it went very smoothly.

The property is a real gem. A bit dated but don't let that put you off. Great location, amazing traditional breakfast, great little public bath and super nice staff. Just remember to take your shoes off before entering.

hidden gem in Kinosaki. it’s a relatively new establishment from the other older traditional ryokans. i recommend staying for 2 nights to fully enjoy all the facilities they have to offer. breakfast in the hotel is enjoyable as it’s traditional japanese. the rooms are big though the common bath is a little small. there is no bath in the rooms though the general idea is to enjoy the baths in the town. great place for family.

Its rather plain facility. Clean and kind staff, but facility itself is a concrete building. If wanting an authentic japanese experience, not recommended. But otherwise nice friendly staff with good food

お風呂に入る際、うちは子供用のタオルは無い、いるなら有料と言われました。今どきあまり聞いたことがない対応だったのでちょっと驚きました。 あと、朝のチェックアウト前にいきなり清掃員がドアを開けて入ってきました。

外湯チケット付でした。

平日の素泊まりだったためか、安い料金で泊まらせて頂きました。事前の知識なしで予約したのですが、部屋は広くて清潔感あふれ、ベッドも大きめで寛げました。チェックアウト日の午後まで利用できる外湯チケットまで付いて大満足です。 館内に電子レンジはなく、付近にはコンビニを含めお惣菜を売っているお店は少なかったです。
