Welcome to our top-floor townhouse located in a gated community minutes from all of what Townsend has to offer. This townhouse is extremely comfortable, modern, and sleek. It is excellent for a family of 4 or for 2 couples traveling to Tennessee. Our townhouse is located close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This is a beautiful residence and is fully stocked with all you will need to enjoy our trip to the Smokies!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.

Summer visit

We stayed during the Fourth of July and had a fantastic visit. Each day at the pool a momma hear and her cubs came out for a visit. Very nice quiet area only a few minute drive to the Smokies.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay. Townsend was the perfect location to enjoy the Smoky Mountains. Quiet & Peaceful. We got some good hikes in. Also liked that we were able to walk to restaurants nearby. Condo was clean and comfortable. Thanks for sharing!

Cades Cove visit

This was our first time in the area. The condo was wonderful, well stocked, and clean. Would definitely stay there again. We had a slight issue getting into the unit. I reached out to the owner and she helped us. The only downside to the unit is the TV. There was no cable to watch live TV (World Series game to be exact). Be we survived. Overall it was great, but feel they should revisit the TV issue. We didn’t not go to sit and watch TV, But there is not much happening In Townsend and enjoy some TV late in the evening.

Hidden Gem in the Smokies

Very nice property. Townhouse is on the second floor with balcony. It's 30min for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which is nice so you dont have to deal with the traffic. Close to Cades cove and Tuckaleechee caverns. Town house is nice too because it is in a gated community with a large tract of land with limited units, so theres not a ton of people. Very peacful and quiet.
