Room was clean. As the property is above a shopping area, the regular entrance is closed by 9pm, but there is alternate access by use of your key card. Check with the friendly staff to ensure how you will access the property after hours.

Right across the street from massive project building apartments (boundary with the most beautiful part of Split. Other than that, superb 5 star rooms and walking distance from historic downtown.

The hotel is beautifully located. Accessing the main entrance can be tricky as it is not on a main road but an interior walking path. But once you are able to find it, everything is smooth! Staff is amazing, kind and helpful. Nives is warm and so sweet. We rented a vehicle and found that the option the hotel provides to park at the nearby covered garage is extremely helpful. It's not cheap (€22/ day) but it's worth it for the peace of mind. Alternatively, you can park on the street for €18/day but you have to count on finding a spot and not losing it if you move the car. We were visiting mid October but if you are going in high season, it wouldn't be a bad idea to secure your spot at the garage through the hotel. Be mindful that this needs to be done ahead of time. The property if well located. Lots of dining options around as well as a nearby market. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We loved our short stay here!!
