This nice villa with a view over the valley is an ideal family destination. Through the wrought iron gate, you reach the parking lot with space for 5 cars. It is located along a rural road with no through traffic, within walking distance of the center of Tourtour with a bakery, local shops, and nice restaurants. You can go kayaking and hiking in the nature reserve of the Verdon and Le Lac de Sainte-Croix region. Famous villages such as Lorgues, Cotignac and Salernes are close by and a day at the sea at Sainte-Maxime (1 hour drive) is also possible. When you enter the house, you reach the attractive living room and the well-equipped kitchen with central cooking island and a spacious breakfast table. The whole house has an electric shutter system to keep the heat out and to darken the rooms. Outside you will find several covered terraces, a spacious dining table, a gas barbecue, an attractive lounge area, and a large swimming pool surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and parasols.
