Spotlessly clean. Very nicely decorated with good quality furniture, beds, and linen. An excellent, if noisy, location in Tours. (The Place Plumereau is literally outside the front door; it is "cafe central" for Tours. Fun, but a lot of street noise.) Everything is as listed with one exception: there is only a drying rack, no dryer.

Great location, lots of space

This apartment was excellent, right in the middle of the medieval town, close to all the restaurant and shopping action. A 15 minute walk through beautiful small streets to the tourist information office where all the sightseeing tours leave for the chateaus and winery visits. It was spacious, clean and relaxing, with a well-equipped kitchen. Concierge was prompt with replies and meeting us. Highly recommend.
