Located near the train station, in the city center of Tours, this charming, renovated 21m² studio will appeal to you for your business trips or to discover the city and its surroundings.


Well thought out and well arranged, you can enjoy a comfortable 160x200cm bed to relax in front of the TV (with Netflix) while taking advantage of the fiber Wifi connection after your visits or a day of work.

The kitchen area is fully equipped so you can cook like at home (toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hotplates, etc.). A table and two chairs will allow you to eat peacefully.

A bathroom with shower completes the studio. The toilets are separate.

You will also have a large closet to store all your belongings.

Si vous venez pour travailler évité

J'ai loué ce logement car il semblait répondre à mes besoins, notamment en offrant un parking. Cependant, j'ai été confronté à une série de problèmes. Tout d'abord, à quelques heures de récupérer les clés, je n'ai reçu aucune nouvelle du propriétaire. Bien qu'il ait prétendu m'avoir envoyé des e-mails via ABRITEL, il n'y avait aucune trace de ces e-mails sur le site. Une fois arrivé sur place, j'ai été confronté à un parcours du combattant pour la récupération des clés : le parking, qui n'était pas sécurisé et se trouvait loin de l'appartement, était difficile d'accès. De plus, l'ascenseur était en panne depuis un certain temps, m'obligeant à monter les six étages avec mes bagages. Pour ouvrir et fermer l'appartement, j'ai dû faire face à des dysfonctionnements. Le check-in n'a pas été une expérience agréable car le grille-pain n'était pas nettoyé et une clayette du frigo était cassée. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour n'a pas été positif et je ne recommanderais pas cet appartement, surtout si vous le louez pour un déplacement professionnel.
