Located in TOURS, the "FEBVOTTE" establishment of the Ô Tour's Angels brand is a small detached house of 55m², with its private courtyard, located in a quiet residential area, with easy and free parking (possible in the courtyard)
You will discover the fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, etc.), then the 25m² living room with its lounge area and its convertible sofa, its screen flat, and the dining area with its table and 4 chairs.
The master bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a bathroom with its walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture, a dining area and the barbecue.
