******** Description of the Solognot gîte *********
In a typical Solognote house, our gîte will seduce you with its exposed beams and old floor tiles. It is ideally situated for visiting the castles of the Loire (we are 10 minutes from the Château de Chambord, 10 minutes from the Château de Cheverny, 35 minutes from that of Amboise, 45 minutes from that of Chenonceau, 20 minutes from Blois, etc!) and the Beauval zoo park (35 minutes).

It is independent, fully fenced and located on a quiet street, not very busy and far from the main axis very rolling. The back of the cottage is planted, tranquility assured!

It has been completely restored and will offer you all the necessary comfort. It is made up of a living room / stay, a kitchen, a room of water, two rooms and independent TOILETS.
Its capacity is 4 people maximum.
It has an internet connection and a landline phone: you can thus have free Wi-Fi as well as unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles in mainland France.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining amount is due upon your arrival at the premises.
The rental of the cottage is subject to the establishment of a rental contract of which you will find the model in this ad. Following your reservation, we will send you your contract: a copy will be returned to us signed.

This rental is subject to tourist tax, collected directly by Abritel from January 1, 2019.

Tout était parfait !

Petite maison très bien agencée et très bien équipée. Un point très positif : l'intérieur reste frais malgré des températures élevées à l'extérieur. La cour devant la maison est complètement close. Ce qui est un avantage non négligeable si on vient en vacances avec des chiens (ce qui était notre cas) ou avec des petits enfants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires.

De Gite is de helft van een oude boerderij die geheel is verbouwd en waar alle voorzieningen aanwezig zijn. Erg aardige eigenaren die in Blois wonen en die de verhuur samen organiseren met dochter en kleinzoon die dichtbij wonen. Eigen terrein met schuur waar de auto kan staan en aparte ruimte voor de fietsen (geen electra voor opladen). Rondom het huis zijn steentjes en een klein stukje gras met bbq.

The village is small and the people in the local shops and restaurants are very welcoming… Apart from “hello - goodbye - please - thank you “ our French is shameful. But everyone was so friendly.. Our hosts, Anne-Sophie and Olivier were lovely. The cottage was fresh, clean, well equipped and we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. If are looking for somewhere to call home and relax after exploring the region, this is the place stay.

Très bien situé pour les randos en Sologne, à 10 min de Chambord et 20 de Blois.

Séjour à refaire au coeur des Châteaux

Je pense que ce que nous avons le plus apprécié durant notre séjour est la fraîcheur de la maison. Il a été plus qu'agréable de trouver une maison fraîche après une journée passée sous la chaleur à visiter les châteaux! Nous avons également beaucoup profité de l'extérieur : les petits transats à l'ombre pour boire un verre, génial! La maison est de plus très aménagée, rien ne manque, très bien située sur le val de Loire entre Chambord et Cheverny et les propriétaires sont charmants et serviables. Il est certain que nous reviendrons!

Un séjour parfait au pays des châteaux

Difficile de faire mieux en rapport qualité / prix. Le gîte est très bien agencé , très bien équipé , très agréable avec sa petite cour. Il est très très bien situé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire et même le zoo de Beauval. Pour venir avec son chien est un vrai plus car tout est fermé , c’est idéal . En plus de cela, tout est super propre et bien entretenu. Nous recommandons cette location à 1000 pour-cent !!!!

C'est la première fois avec mon mari que nous n'avons rien à redire sur la prestation offerte par un gîte! Tout est parfait, depuis la réservation jusqu'à la sortie! Les propriétaires sont charmants, plein de bons conseils. Tout est carré et bien expliqué : cela a été très rassurant pour nous qui avions très peur de nous faire arnaqué en réservant en ligne... Le gîte est d'une propreté remarquable, on se sent immédiatement bien dans cette petite maison traditionnelle. Nous avons adoré l'espace extérieur, avec les fleurs et les décorations lumineuses. Tout est soigné, c'est parfait! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés!

Que dire si ce n'est que nous avons passé un séjour plus qu'agréable dans ce gîte. Dépaysement garanti avec son style traditionnel de la Sologne. Mais avec tout le confort de la vie moderne! Les petits oiseaux qui chantent quand on ouvre les volets, les roses qui sentent incroyablement bon, les petites décorations lumineuses pour passer la soirée en terrasse! Bref, ces propriétaires prennent soin de leur gîte, soignent les détails et font tout pour que l'on s'y sente bien et ça marche! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir quand nous avions prévu un séjour bien trop court!
