no phone in the apartment. Very average cleanliness or dirty specially bathroom Internet was ridiculously slow . Team member limit courteous. It s not agood experience. I never going back in this condo
This was a really good idea for adaptability - apartment style . Could do what meals we wanted when we wanted , fridge for beer etc, Hob, microwave . Very adaptable. The low flying aircraft stopped overnight so was both interesting and quiet. Saw the "beluga" wow ! Needed a bit of repairs - shower attachment to wall was missing, apartment door was loose in the frame but really no serious worries. The tram was a short walk away. The staff were great . There is a breakfast which is average but only needed it once. Would go back again.
Do not stay here if you are from the US and vacationing in France. Spend the extra $50 to go somewhere else as your vacation time is valuable. We are a family of four with two grown teenagers, so the "apartment" style hotel room sounded appealing. I thought it'd be like a Hampton Inn suites or so. Not at all. This hotel is very "budget". We're from California, and I'd put it as similar to the low-end $40/nt off-brand motels on the SF-LA I5 drive (although at least those have AC). The beds were rocks. No AC meant we had to leave the windows open (which have no bug screens). The low flying aircraft were quite loud until about 2am. Wifi was broken. And one of the kids had to sleep on a pull-out futon. Basically a miserable night of sleep. Admittedly though, it only cost me about $100US to house four of us for the night.
Feral cats will serenade you while airplanes roar low overhead and neighbors blast pop hits from the early 90's music late into the night. Guests with balconies above the entrance welcome you by hanging wet, sparkling clean laundry to drip down on you. Go ahead and get a quick interval workout in by using the stairs, as the elevators are often out of order. You'll also enjoy grounds with your coffee using a pot that requires filters that go un-provided and your tea using a teapot with a broken filter. No toilet paper either? No problem! There's an Aldi's within walking distance where you get to buy dish soap and sponges for the kitchen as well. Once you've purchased these necessities you can cool your head by taking a dip in the sub-arctic temperatures of the outdoor pool. Finally, when you contact the hotel chain to request a transfer, rest assured that even a 14 night stay won't warrant the burdensome courtesy of a reply. Worst experience ever. Bring earplugs.
Staff were friendly and room was fine with a small kitchen, overlooking the pool. Pool which looked 50m in the publicity picture was actually about 15m and unheated with steps the whole of one end - so no good for lap swimming. The breakfast was ok and anyway there is nowhere else nearby. Beware of being scammed by taxi drivers at Toulouse airport. I asked on arrival to go to the Zenitude Metropole and showed the booking and was taken to the nearby Zenitude Parque, fare costing 25 euros by "Taxi Aeroport Toulouse-Blagnac". I asked on arrival there if it was the right hotel since I could see "Zenitude Parque" and the driver said they are both in the same location. They are not. I then had to get another taxi to the Zenitude Metropole costing another 25 euros. The second taxi driver said it is a common scam with the two Zenitudes because the airport taxis make more out of short trips. There is no information desk at the airport which is large and sterile and unwelcoming. I also could not get wifi there to check the travel options.
Good value appart hotel. I like the fact that you have a small kitchen so you can self cater (there is a supermarket 1 min walk away and a pizza machine in the lobby). The choice at breakfast was good but I particularly liked the availability of the boiled eggs which you cook yourself - makes a change from croissants! Recently refurbished so everything clean and tidy. Friendly reception staff.
Hotel is renovated and it is very modern and comfortable. Our room was clean, so as hall and reception. There is variety of food for breakfast. We had a great time in this hotel thanks to friendly staff. Recommend!
Staying at this property was a huge disappointment. The hotels in the Toulouse area were fully booked and this was provided as an alternative. The regardless of where we looked at the time of booking there was no reference to the fact that there was a major contraction project happening on any website. Two whole floors thus far. The wifi and Internet connectivity was poor to non existent. It was only until complaining again the following day that something was moving but it was only temporary. It looks like I'll have to go to McDonald's to work there again after last night and this mornings lack of Internet in the rooms. The rooms and apartments are basic, the soaps are of low quality and the smell from burnt food in the evenings is prevalent. The apartments have kitchens, what happened with basic fire detection (smoke alarms and other elements). The parking is reduced and not capable of handling the guest vehicles. If you arrive late you either park your car in a position where damage can happen or you get told that it's ok to park in a disabled parking. The latter is a poor show should anyone need one bay. The staff are dismissive and rude of the issues and it is only until you get to the property that you see the building works. Getting in and out of the hotel is full of codes, one for entry, exit and hotel. There is no value for money and I regret having to stay in this premise. Avoid and go else where. Note to hotel management. Please improve your customer service, recognise that the property is not fit for letting. Best thing to be done is to close down and complete the refurbishment. Like this you do not inconvenience clients. Never staying here again!! Off to McDonald's to get some work done in more comfort.
Very tired decor and dated furniture. It was used to bunk down whilst the football was in town, we tried to move hotel but it was too late. The breakfast was 4 euro to much at 10 euro. Taxi journey to town was expensive, even more so on return. Toulouse was a fantastic city with beautiful people and town but this hotel was no reflection. I will say that all the staff were very helpful but they need the tools to work with. Would certainly return to toulouse but not to the Zenitude.
Accès facile. Accueil courtois. Chambre propre. Seul bémol le bruit des portes coupe feu qui claquent. Un système de de fermeture automatique en cas d'incendie permettait de les laisser ouvertes certainement. Petit déjeuner un peu mais plus que correcte.
