Gorgeous Villa. Owner a wonderful lady

Absolutely amazing. Everything as described. Garden and pool are the highlights. Pool is cleaned every other day. The house is spotlessly clean. Owner is a lovely lovely lady and will be a friend for life.

Een huisje met veel privacy in een rustige omgeving. Geen inkijk van de buren. Alle kamers voorzien van airco. Prachtig, zeer goed onderhouden zwembad.Huisje op wandelafstand van de stadskern. Zeer vriendelijke eigenares die altijd bereikbaar was. Communicatie in het Frans. Kleine attenties zoals een ijsje, limonade en een flesje wijn in de frigo bij aankomst zorgen dat je je direct welkom voelt.Voldoende bezienswaardigheden in de buurt zoals het stadscentrum, Airbus, Carcassonne…Een geslaagde vakantie!!

Mooi groot huis handig met een parkeerplaats waar zelfs een grote auto kan staan. De airco die aanwezig was is ideaal zowel in de slaapkamers als in het woongedeelte prachtig zwembad en tuin en boven al heel dicht bij het centrum van Toulouse

La maison est situé dans un quartier pavillonnaire a quelques minute du centre de Toulouse. Le jardin offre un calme vraiment idéale pour ce reposer et profité pleinement de la piscine . Le jardin s'illumine le soir et traduit du soin mis en œuvre par notre hote Claude, toujours disponible et arrangeante , que ce soit sur l'heure d'arrivé ou de départ , des conseil sur les choses a visité ,le tout se fait sans pression et a votre convenance. Vraiment idéal

Sejour parfait

1 semaine de bonheur la semaine du 15 août 2023 :) Idéalement placée : proche de la gare, du capitole, et des magasins...Toulouse et ses charmes se trouvent en moyenne à moins de 3km, parfait pour visiter et se promener. La maison est charmante, meublée avec goût et emplie de jolies souvenirs de voyage de la propriétaire. L’espace extérieur très agréable avec son petit jardin et sa piscine privée équipée de bouées pour jouer et s’amuser à tout heure (on s’y baigne aussi à 22h, 23h sans pb à cette époque de l’année). Parfaite pour goûter la douceur de vivre grâce à la pergola, ses canapés et transats de détente, totalement sans vis-à-vis, même par grosse chaleur (ventilateurs pour rafraichir s’il n’y a pas de vent). Le quartier est calme, on n’a pas du tout l’impression d’être en ville. Cuisine totalement équipée et même plus que nécessaire. 3 chambres doubles à l’étage, literies très fermes. La propriétaire est adorable et fait particulièrement attention aux bien-être de ses locataires. Un seul bémol: les moustiques, mais l’astuce du café donnée par la propriétaire aide un peu à les faire déguerpir. Je recommande les yeux fermés une adresse que nous gardons dans nos favoris avec grand plaisir.

Merci a Mme Claude, Pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse. La maison correspond a l'annonce. L'extérieur est le point fort, avec sa dpacieuse piscine, sin espace couvert et sa plancha. Le tout dans un calme agreable. J'y retournerais l'été prochain.

Séjour ressourçant au bord de la piscine

Accueillis comme des rois à notre arrivée, les petites attentions se sont succédées tout au long de notre séjour. La piscine est bien entretenue. L'objectif des vacances était de se reposer et de profiter de la piscine et des soirées. Cela a été le cas avec un jardin fleuri. Nous avons vécu dehors et dans le salon pour de bonnes soirées télé familiales.
