Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas et gestionnaire qui ne fait rien

Logement propre et bien équipé, mais la climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Il a fait jusqu'à 31C à l'intérieur. On appelle le gestionnaire Keytoko qui ne sait pas comment allumer la climatisation et qui nous informe qu'il va envoyer quelqu'un pour voir. Rien. On rappelle, on écrit. Toujours rien. Mieux vaut une réponse négative qu'une absence de réponse ! Dommage
