La marche Ă  pied c’est bon pour la santĂ© !

ArrivĂ© Ă  l’adresse il n’y a personne il faut aller chercher les clĂ©s 1 rue de l’orient 31000 Toulouse et revenir ensuite Ă  pied bien sĂ»r ce qui fait 50 minutes de marche aller retour c’est bon pour la santĂ© me direz-vous ! Pour le reste et la nuit pas de soucis ! Puis ce matin j’ai reçu un courriel de l’hĂŽtel le pastel 1 rue de l’orient Ă  5H03 me demandant de venir finaliser mon enregistrement et donc je suis allĂ© voir au environs de 8H00 et un monsieur m’a accueilli et m’a expliquĂ© qu’il n’étais pas compĂ©tent pour m’expliquer de quoi il retournait et que vers 10H00 il y aura probablement quelqu’un qui pourra me renseigner. Sur ce je suis allĂ© prendre mon TGV pour rentrer chez moi !

Cette rĂ©sidence situĂ©e quartier Saint Aubin est dans un Ă©tat trĂšs dĂ©cevant. La rĂ©ception est situĂ©e Ă  1km de la rĂ©sidence, et une partie des informations communiquĂ©e est fausse : je comptais sur une place de parking et un petit dĂ©jeuner (Ă©videmment en supplĂ©ment) mais rien de tout cela possible. CĂŽtĂ© Ă©tat, le studio, malgrĂ© un beau sticker « interdit de fumer » sentait horriblement mauvais (tabac froid). CĂŽtĂ© propretĂ©, j’ai gardĂ© quelques photos : excrĂ©ments sur l’abattant des toilettes, crasse partout, taches dans la douche, couverts sales, etc. C’est d’autant plus lamentable que le mĂ©nage est facturĂ© au tarif fort. Et pour finir le tableau, le mobilier est en partie cassĂ©. TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience, Ă©tat dĂ©plorable. À Ă©viter absolument !

HĂŽtel Horrible.La personne a l'accueil trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. De plus il n'y a pas d'accueil dans l'hĂŽtel, Il faut aller chercher les clĂ©s Ă  1.2km de l'hĂŽtel. Le problĂšme aucun message d'avertissement pour nous informer que les ne sont pas sur place. Donc une fois arrivĂ© devant l'hĂŽtel j'appelle Le monsieur a l'accueil,me rĂ©pond et me dit Il faut venir chercher les clĂ©s Ă  1.2km. Je lui ai dit que c'Ă©tait pas normal. Il me rĂ©pond froidement " IL FALLAIT APPELÉ AVANT" je lui ai rĂ©pondu Que c'Ă©tait le seul hĂŽtel de ma vie, pour lequel il fallait appeler avant d'arriver pour ĂȘtre informĂ© que les clĂ©s Ă©taient Ă  1 km.
