This small "Randos-Belle Rive" gîte for 5 people is ideally located, whether you're looking for accommodation for a vacation, a business trip, or a visit to relatives. About 30 kilometers from Toulouse, close to the A64 motorway and Muret train station (a shuttle bus stops 500 meters from the gîte), access is easy and the activity options are endless. For hikers, the GR86 (Path of Saint James) and the Via Garona pass right by the door! The gîte is located at the foot of the 12th-century chapel of St. Amans, renovated by the Historic Monuments in 2000, offering an exceptional view of the Pyrenees and the Garonne plain. An open-air market is held in Estantens every Thursday. In a quiet and unspoiled natural setting, away from the hustle and bustle, this independent gîte is located on the property of Diego and Anita, the owners. The entrance gate is shared, but the outdoor spaces and residential buildings are well separated. A courtyard allows parking for one vehicle (another can park in front of the gate). The cottage has a tiled terrace in front of the door and a small garden at the back for outdoor dining. Pets are not allowed. Single-story cottage: entrance, large living room comprising a dining area and a lounge area (double sofa bed, 140cm). A serving hatch connects the dining area to the separate kitchen, which opens onto the garden. Shower room/WC. A hallway leads to two bedrooms: a small bedroom (1 single bed, 90cm), a double bedroom (1 double bed, 140cm). Reversible air conditioning in the living room. An extra single bed (90cm) is available upon request, within the maximum capacity of 5 people.
