Sort of a four star hotel which is looking tired in places. Room was Ok but parts were scruffy and chipped. Bed very comfortable though and very good black out curtains. You will hear the planes if you are at the front . Restaurant quite pricey and not much atmosphere Handy for airport and good collection to and from with hotel bus.

After hundreds of hotels in France, I am pleased to grant your hotel the very honorable price of worst service in the country winner! France being France, competition in this category is fierce but you have succeeded in continuously disappointing this customer courtesy of your receptionist Miss Claudia who was fully dedicated to this competition. She did not sound very French but acted like the worst of Parisians. My most sincere congratulations! I was relieved to see other similar opinions on trip advisor. I suggest a serious talk with her in terms or manners, aggressiveness, nagging or at least some attention to customer requests - let alone phone politeness (excuse my naivety but is it customary in France to answer the phone with a bad tempered 'oui!'?). On a more objective note, if you wish to be considered a business hotel it would be a good idea that your so called 'renovated rooms' have some type of table to work and not just a 30 cm large shelf where you can barely place a computer. Also, lightning was very insufficient to work or read and bedhead reading lights did not even have bulbs. Finally, the gym cannot be called a gym by any international standards. Perhaps a mini gym at the most. And working out at freezing temperatures because the heating does not work is not pleasant.

Just came there for an overnight transit. I called their shuttle bus from the airport (the hotel number is written on a board outside the airport and you need to call it for the hotel shuttle to come as, totally understandable, they cannot be stand by at the arrival desk with their van). The van was there in less than two minutes and in three minutes we were at the hotel for a fast check in. I got upgraded to a upper room but didn't see any difference with a Pullman standard room however it was a nice room. It may need some refreshment in the future but it was really ok.

We have stayed here twice now. Once before our flight and 10 days later on our return. Our room was very large and comfortable with 2 club chairs, a desk and desk chair. One drawback is closet space. There is a small wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. There is no where to hang a long dress. The former closet is now a mini bar and safe. If you were spending longer than a few nights it could be a problem. There is a rate for leaving your car up to 15 days which works out cheap than paying at the long term parking at the airport. On our return we paid for a menu dinner but we're told it was no longer available and had to order off the à la carte which turned out to be be more expensive. We did get credit for the 40€ but spent more than that to have a starter and main course. Don't both with this option. Do preorder a glass of wine as you save 2€. The staff is amazing. They even carry your bags to your room!

First I chose this hotel for the location indeed is nearby the airport which was convenient if you travel and arrive really late at Toulouse airport. Moreover my meetings are in Blagnac which clearly put my decision to this hotel. If i had more time I would have gone more to an hotel in the city centre. The neighborhood is not very exquisite lot of offices. You had the tramway which allows you to go to the centre or just go to the airport and catch the bus. If we just focus on the hotel. I do like it, great room and I had the chance to diner over. The food was stunning. Well I might go again and recommend if you have meetings over blagnac.

Hotel on airport choosen because of business meeting. Entrance in the evening is complicated as the gates are closed. receptionist was very helpfull 👍 downstairs all modern, rooms typical french old style, good bed and quiet room. breakfast is ok but way to expensive 26 euro , to be honest i would not pay more then 20 euro in any hotel.

This is a very charming hotel. The foyer has interesting decorations and the ambiance was great. The room we stayed in was adequate for 2 adults and 1 child with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was also good and had a good selection. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Disappointed overall. Dated room, yet comfortable. Even though we were a couple the amenities were furnished for only one person. One pair of bedroom slippers (no big deal), but the worst was not noticing there was only one bath towel and having to wait ten minutes, wet and cold after the shower, for someone to bring me a fresh one.

Our second time at this airport hotel, disappointment this time. Our desk clerk, the same from last time, was clearly having a bad night. An older gentleman, he had been very warm and chatty the last time we used the hotel. Unfortunately, this time, he did not look up from the desk once, incredible. No eye contact whatsoever. He was rude and unfriendly, not what one expects from the first point of contact at a hotel. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and we were encouraged to order the special of the evening, a steak. It was inedible. We were given steak knives, still were unable to cut through the meat, and clearly there was nothing to be done. The maitre-d offered to subtract the cost of a round of drinks from our bill, which we accepted, but it was not a great evening. Disappointing, will probably not return.

We stayed here overnight before an early morning flight out. The hotel is literally minutes to the airport by car, practically at the end of the tarmac, however it is very quiet. Our room was huge, spotless and well appointed with a super comfy bed. The desk staff were attentive and pleasant. We did not use the fitness facilities or pool but these were lovely. Free wifi and parking. We had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant with good service. Highly recommend. This might be the best "airport hotel" at which I've ever stayed!
