This is a very expensive room in a hotel that hunt aged well. Rooms and bathrooms are really dirty. This is not the Novotel quality from 10 years ago. You should redo the whole hotel, not just the restaurant

I stayed with my family at this hotel for a week while I was attending a conference at the near by conference center. The hotel and room was not as we expected, we had expected something much better. The issues we had is mentioned below. We did complain about these things and only the minibar was fixed, and in the end they did give us a free night as some kind of compensation. - the king size bed we got was only 1.60m wide, which apparently is a king size bed in France. - we room was very hot and the air con running with full power could not do much about this. - many of the tv channels did not work, especially those in English and for children. - The maid forgot we there three in the room and removed the third towel multiple times, and for got to fill up coffee, empty trash bins. - the minibar was hotter than the room, the did complain on this the day with arrive but they did not do anything about this before we repeated the complaint a couple of days later. - the pool is smaller than it looks like on the photos. - one day it rained in the morning, they had therefore removed the pool towels, but 6 hours after the rain have stopped the towels were still not there, we got them in stead from the reception. - The servers were slow to fill up the items on the breakfast buffet, as you would often find items missing. - we asked for an iron and an iron board but they could only provide an iron and a extra towel to place on the desk. - the front end of the hotel is to a not so nice square. Some positive things to say are. - location next to the park, conference center and metro station. - good play areas for kids in the lobby area.

Room size is big enough for two people. They are well equipped with A/C, TV, minibar, wifi has plenty of speed and staff is utmost helpful. Car parking in the garage is available for fair 11 EUR/day. Nothing to complain. Hotel bar offers typical local specialities at an fair price level. Pool is big enough to get refreshed.

Stayed here for three days on a business trip. The hotel was chosen by my employer and my wife very much liked its location beside the park and Japanese Garden. Toulouse was very hot so we both enjoyed eating on the outside terrace and partaking of cooling swims in the outside pool. The latter is well suited to both children and adult swimmers, being 1.5 metres deep at one endand shallow at the other. The staff on reception were extremely friendly and spoke excellent English, as we found on two occasions. Our room-safe was broken and we were efficiently offered a safe box to store our passports. Later my wife's suitcase lock jammed. Again reception rose to the occasion by despaching a young man with an enormous pair of wire cutters to solve the problem. 'Welcome to Toulouse' was his only comment as he smiled and left our room. The bedroom itself was of a good size, clean and bright and equipped with both a bath and a shower. The wifi worked well and the bed itself was of a good size and comfortable. The tv had several English language stations and there was a sofa and luggage stand. There were tea/coffee making facilities and we made good use of the little fridge to store fruit and water. Having already eaten out extensively in town, we sampled the hotel's breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. The food was uniformly excellent. I ordered a mixed grill which was delicious and we also liked the tapas and sharing dishes offered for lunch. It's clear that the restaurant is popular with the locals and not just for hotel guests, and I can see why. Overall a very successful stay. No hesitation is giving top ratings.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. On arrival, the receptionist was very friendly and spoke in perfect English! Check in was straightforward and they let us leave our luggage downstairs while our room was being cleaned. The hotel and rooms are clean, the shower is great and we had a triple room where the third bed was a decent size unlike a lot of other hotels. The location is good and we even managed to use the swimming pool which was nice. I liked the games provided by Novotel for us to play in the lobby, especially the pool table. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

My wife and I stayed here for the Toulouse v London Broncos game...Absolutely smashing hotel....Only 20 min walk to the centre and backs on to a lovely park...The rooms are modern , clean and the reception / bar areas are open plan with friendly efficient staff...Although we never got to use the pool it was a pleasure to sit around it ...We will definately stay here again for our next Toulouse trip...

It's what you'd expect from a large hotel chain and Novotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Well situated just a few minutes walk from the Capitole and usefully the airport bus stop, the entrance nestled between restaurants but internally it's extremely quiet. We had a superior room facing a side street and whilst I heard some revellers during the night I wasn't disturbed. The room was small so I would hope there are none smaller! Useful small gym/'spa' area, again very clean with fruit and biscuits provided. Unfortunately we couldn't get the hot tub to work! Didn't sample breakfast as it was too expensive and we were so full from the evening meal the night before. Recommended as a short stay, unfortunately Toulouse seemed to be lacking in nice looking traditional guest house or small hotels.

Their is a large 'public area' immediately adjacent to this hotel. When I was there, there was a travelling fairground open there, so I was treated to very loud music from 3.00pm onwards. I was told that this space is in pretty much constant use for noisy things like mini-concerts, markets etc etc. Just so that I didn't feel neglected in the mornings, when the fair wasn't blaring loud music, some considerate french window cleaners decided 7.00am would be the best time to trundle a noisy motorised hydraulic cage lift round the hotel and start cleaning windows, which appeared to necessitate repeatedly revving the engine to max revs. To add insult to injury, I was then fleeced of €16.50 for breakfast. I've stayed in much nicer hotels and never been charged that much. I won't be going back.

The common areas are enjoyable with a lot of games for kids and adults. We had a great time playing in there. Rooms are OK, sheets and pillows are average but the rooms are great. Service is good and cleanliness is also great, quiet and peaceful.

We are a family of four, and initially I was worried that the pull out sofa bed was going to be a bit on the small side for the kids to share. I needn't had worried, the room was large enough, and the sofa bed when pulled out was the same size as our double bed. Very clean room and visited every day by the housekeeping staff. All the staff, especially reception and the bar/dining area were superb and spoke brilliant English. The breakfast was so varied and fresh, and so much was on offer that we didn't need lunch ! One of the bar staff was kind enough to check if I could see the FA cup semi final on the bar's t.v. and put it on for me when the game was due to start. This is a family friendly hotel, with a pool table, unique exercise bikes and lots of kids games to keep them amused. The swimming pool was ice cold but refreshing to say the least! The hotel is very close to the city centre, walkable in about 20 minutes, or the metro is a few minutes walk away. The rear of the hotel overlooks the unique Japanese gardens, and even has a large supermarket a few minutes walk away, ideal if you fancy a 3 euro bottle of local red, (better than the 25 euros at the hotel bar, but that is to be expected)! I would definitely book this hotel again and would thoroughly recommend it.
