We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villemur-sur-Tarn, this charming flat of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 28 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden within an enclosed courtyard of about 10 m². Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, fan, iron.

- A walled garden - terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

Logement frais dans un petit village accueillant avec tout les commodités. Possibilité de faire du canoë sur le Tarn. Aux alentours, produits locaux à déguster et nombreux villages et villes à visiter comme Toulouse, Albi, mautauban et plus.
