An above-ground swimming pool (4.27m in diameter and 1.22m deep) and a large garden will be at your disposal as well as a garage. The pétanque court will also allow you to keep memorable memories with your family in this gîte. Family house from the 1970s renovated, it will become your home. Thanks to its distribution and its decoration, sober and refined, you will have all the comfort and equipment necessary inside, for an unforgettable stay. The geographical location of the accommodation will allow you to be close (2.7km) to all amenities (restaurants, market, shops, etc.) in the center of Merville. This charming village also gives you the opportunity to visit its Castle and Labyrinth, an ideal activity with children. You can reach the Canal de Garonne by bike, 9km away, as well as the Château de Larra, or the famous market halls of Grenade-sur-Garonne (4km away). The Bouconne forest is 19km away, Toulouse-Blagnac airport is 16km away as well as the MEET (Toulouse exhibition center), the Saint-Jory AquaPark is 13.3km away, Animaparc is 18.5km away and the Château de Laréole is 28km away. Gîte on one level, after the 3 steps to the covered terrace: entrance, living room (air conditioning), dining room, fitted kitchen, scullery, patio, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140*190 cm)(2 single beds) in 90*190 cm), shower room/WC and separate WC. The park is not enclosed. The owners have a vegetable garden on the plot adjoining the gîte but have independent access.
