- Located in the heart of the Ponts Jumeaux district, near Airbus Saint-Elos, the apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence.



- A friendly living room with table and chairs, sofa, coffee table and television, high speed wifi (fiber).



- A fully equipped American kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, espresso coffee maker (pods not provided), washing machine (detergent not provided) .



- Three beautiful bedrooms with double bed (140x190cm), storage space and offices.



- A neat bathroom with a shower, a large sink and some storage. Separate toilets

The entire apartment is heated in winter (19° maximum in the room).
