Ideally located near Saint-Cyprien, this refurbished T12 is nestled on the 1st floor, of an old building, between the Gare des Arènes and the island of Ramier.



Overlooking a pretty courtyard, the double glazed windows will offer you a remarkable tranquility in the heart of the city.
