The Space:

Nestled between central Toulouse and the Blagnac business district, Le Catalan puts you within easy reach of Airbus, the airport and the vibrant city centre. The studio is fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully equipped for long stays. A comfortable double bed sits alongside a flat-screen TV and a chest of drawers for your belongings. The open-plan kitchen features a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and all the crockery and utensils you need, with a high bar table and stools for dining. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a vanity basin with mirror and a hairdryer. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected for remote work or leisure, and a dedicated parking space right outside means you never have to hunt for a spot. Bed linen and towels are provided, and check-in is entirely self-service so you can arrive on your own schedule.

The Neighborhood:

Le Catalan sits on Route de Bayonne, a lively avenue in western Toulouse lined with bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants just steps from the front door. The Arènes neighbourhood and its covered market are a short walk away, while the green banks of the Garonne and the Canal de Brienne offer pleasant strolls. The Zénith concert hall and the Toulouse Expo centre are both nearby, and the bustling Place Saint-Cyprien is only minutes away for evening outings.



Getting Around:

Several bus lines serve Route de Bayonne with stops just outside the building, connecting you to the city centre in minutes. The Arènes metro station on Line A is a short bus ride or walk away, giving direct access to Capitole, Jean Jaurès and Matabiau train station. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is roughly ten minutes by car, with an airport shuttle also available. Your private parking space makes driving effortless, and the nearby ring road provides quick connections to the motorways heading toward Bordeaux, Montpellier or the Pyrenees.

Interaction with Guests:

This property is rented on a medium-term basis (one to twelve months) under a Bail Mobilité or Bail Code Civil. After booking, you will be asked to complete your tenant file via the French government platform DossierFacile and submit the required documents (proof of mobility, identity, income, etc.). You will also need to sign your lease digitally. These steps must be completed no later than fourteen days before your move-in date; failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. Keytoko homes is a professional short- and medium-term rental operator. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am out of respect for neighbours. The property is registered with the City of Toulouse. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
