A farm spanning over 200 hectares: cereal crops (rapeseed, wheat, broad beans, sunflowers, soybeans, and alfalfa), natural meadows with horse breeding, and forests. The estate, offering numerous opportunities for walks far from roads and urban bustle, is just 7 km from the Toulouse ring road (exit 17) and 12 km from the Place du Capitole, the historic center of the Pink City. You will also be 1 km from the center of Drémil-Lafage (town hall, post office, shops, etc.) and the Super U supermarket in Flourens, 2 km from the Estolosa golf course, and 15 km from the Calicéo fitness and wellness center. - On the ground floor: an entrance hall (with a single bed, 90cm), a WC, and a large living room comprising a fully equipped kitchen, separated from a lounge area by a large natural wood bar, and a dining area. - Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (three single beds, 90x200cm) and one double bed, 140x200cm, and a shower room/WC. You can park your cars next to the entrance of the cottage. There is a terrace with garden furniture. Guests have access to an indoor swimming pool (80m from the cottage – behind the other cottage and a parking area for agricultural vehicles – 12x6m – open in July and August) shared with the guests of the other cottage and the owners. Just a few kilometers from Toulouse, you will be surrounded by nature, and therefore, at certain times of the year, some harmless insects (bedbugs and ladybugs) may be present. WITHOUT A CAR: you can reach the cottage from Toulouse, from the Balma-Gramont metro station (line A) served by bus lines 102, 103 and 106 (journey time 25 minutes).
