In the heart of the countryside. Located in a hamlet between Toulouse (66km), Albi (65km), and Carcassonne (61km), this former farmhouse has been renovated to welcome you and allow you to enjoy the region's tourist attractions (Bastide of Revel, Lake Saint-Ferréol, Canal du Midi, Montagne Noire, etc.). This cozy little nest is located on the upper floor, above the cellar.: - On the first floor: living room with open-plan kitchen (bar) and lounge area. - On the second floor, under the eaves: mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed (160cm), adjoining shower room/WC). Large unfenced plot. Gîte adjoins the owners' home. Cellar and parking. Next to the airfield. Electric heating.
The vacation home features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
