Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind sehr schön. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist ausbaufähig. So fehlen Pfannen. Leider hat die Kaffeemaschine und der Tumbler nicht funktioniert.

Bonsoir,Nous étions en location dans la villa La Joviale, entre amis, depuis samedi jusqu’à ce matin.Nous étions 6 adultes et avons l’habitude de partir ensemble dans de grandes locations.La maison est parfaitement agencée, en nombre de chambres et de sanitaires, un grand séjour avec cuisine ouverte, un abri pour les véhicules, de la vaisselle en quantité suffisante, tout cela était très bien. Nous avons cependant été déçus par plusieurs points et souhaitons vous en faire part :-Nous sommes arrivés après un trajet sous la pluie et dans des températures autour de 15 . A l’intérieur de la maison, nous avons été saisis par le froid (14 après mesure). Nous vous avons contacté et vous nous avez assuré avoir réglé sur 19 le thermostat, suite aux recommandations gouvernementales. C’était faux et surtout, les recommandations portent bien leur nom et n’ont rien d’obligatoires. Nous aurions apprécié un accueil téléphonique plus agréable et un peu d’empathie ! Vous avez sûrement fait le nécessaire car en soirée, la température était plus supportable. Dommage qu’il faille vous appeler pour cela.-Nous pensions trouver un minimum de produits : papier toilette, pastilles pour lave-vaisselle… Vous avez souligné que le contrat le précisait. En effet, cependant le manque de pastilles explique sûrement que la vaisselle soit sale dans les placards. Nous avons du relaver toutes les assiettes, grasses, avant de les utiliser. Nous avons lu qu’il y avait cependant le minimum de produits
