Correct mais travaux peu précis, entretien à revoir
Le logement était agréable même si nous avons eu chaud. Par contre, manque de précision dans les finitions des travaux, rénovation à prévoir pour certaines choses(surtout les joints de la douche, peinture appui fenêtre, tuyau douche, porte d'entrée à changer : avec l'orage on a eu peur que l'eau rentre, boucher des trous, fermer le local sous l'escalier extérieur, cache hotte....), ménage à revoir dans des coins. Le Tancarville est minuscule ( prévoir un fil à linge en plus car il y a des crochets existants au mur ext), pas de pinces à linges à disposition, pas d'éclairage dans la douche... Serait utile : des patères dans la salle de bain, des ciseaux, des produits anti-moustique, des bouchons d'évier (évier et lavabo), un plan de Toulouse et autres informations touristiques... Malgré le simple vitrage l'endroit était calme en aout , on a pu se garer devant le logement dans la rue comme annoncé, métro à 10 min à pied.
