L’Artiste is fully equipped and furnished to best meet your needs during your stay in Toulouse!

It is made up of 3 bedrooms, one of which has an adjoining balcony.

Bed linen is included in the price (depending on the number of travelers)

You can park for free at the foot of the building.

Located at the Bagatelle metro station, you will reach the famous Place de Capitole in 10 minutes.

Equipped for teleworking.

THE APARTMENT HAS FIBER INTERNET:
IT IS THEREFORE PERFECTLY EQUIPPED FOR TELEWORK OR TRAINING.
-> EACH ROOM HAS A DESK & AN OFFICE CHAIR AS WELL AS A 140CM BED AND A BEDSIDE TABLE.

The accommodation consists of:

1) A large living room/living room equipped with a corner sofa, a large dining table and 4 chairs for your meals and/or your relaxing evenings in front of Netflix, for example, thanks to our Smart TV.
(other chairs are available in the kitchen if needed depending on the number of travelers)

2) A kitchen equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals with family, friends or work colleagues. The kitchen opens onto the veranda through a bay window. Pleasant additional room for reading for example.

3) WC separate from the bathroom.

4) A bathroom equipped with a large shower and several storage spaces to store your toiletries like at home.

5) 3 bedrooms each composed of: a 140cm bed, a desk, an office chair and a bedside lamp.

6) Large dressing rooms are located for your comfort throughout the accommodation next to the bedrooms so you can take things out of your suitcases and feel a little more at home during your stay.

7) The apartment is on the 6th Floor with elevator.
