We booked this as we wanted to be close to Toulouse airport after arriving that day. It was close by and fairly well priced (maybe on the higher side for the size). You can park close to get block, which is convenient. The place is very small, the photos are fairly generous. We are a family of 4 (kids 8 and 6) and it was just about okay for a night. The place is a little tired and out dated, but clean enough inside. The grass area had a lot of cigarette butts. Breakfast was good. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. I believe the booking information said English was spoken but she didn’t speak English (that’s not a complaint, as I can speak some French, but may be useful info for others). Fine for a night as a stop over.

Travelling stop with the family.

This was a rest stop from travelling across France. The stay was good and overall we were happy. The photos Are a bit old and what they don’t say is that it’s in a small industrial estate and is out of the way. We checked in relatively late and checked out first thing so didn’t try any of the facilities. overal I would recommend to others.

Good value for money, nice layout of property and close parking. A bit dated - some minor repairs needed. Location isn’t great if you want nice amenities within walking distance as it’s in an industrial area, but it is surprisingly quiet. Overall great for a stopover

Good hotel for the price and to spend the night.

Simple hotel good to spend the night. I expected a three bed apartment. Received a 1 bed+1 sofa. Most guests seems to be workers just spending the night. Neighbouhood not attractive but ok to spend the night. The bed is in a mezzanine, reached by a wood stair. Close to Airbus factory (Museu, visit etc). Outdoor apartments. Park your car in front of your apartment.

Good value for money

I picked this hotel because we only need a place to sleep on our way to Barcelona, nothing more. So it was convenient, and ok for the price. There are coin washing and drying machines here.

Good value apartment near Toulouse

Not a bad place to stay out of town, good value and has a useful little kitchen. A few minor issues we found were lack of hot water on a couple of occasions so couldnt have a bath or shower, supplied cutlery was not particularly clean and there isnt much sound proofing between rooms.

Prefabricated apartment

Clean, Nice staff. But there is only so much that can be expected from prefabricated rooms: dark, noisy, old fashioned, door and window very hard to close, a bit run down. Note: you need to bring your own sponge, detergent and dishcloth...

We arrived quite late but still received excellent service, the lady on reception was happy to switch our room to one with parking outside We used the kitchen to make dinner The toilet and bath are seperate which is great if there are many staying It would have been great if reception was open a little later or if there were cups in the room to make tea or coffee The bedroom is seperate and upstairs, the stairs are pretty steep so that is something to keep in mind

Great place to base out of to explore the area.

Overall great place. We ended up staying two nights instead of one because they had all the amenities that we needed. The first night the internet went out for several hours, but it came back on and worked fairly well the rest of the time. The staff was incredibly friendly. They even have pre-made meals that you can buy with a steam heater to reheat them. The soups were quite tasty. The space is laid out like a cabin with the bed being in a loft, but the ceiling is high enough to not feel claustrophobic. It's a bit out of the way, but if you are exploring the area it's a great base.
