Hampton by Hilton, aka. OSKO airport hotel Toulouse TLS. Easy parking, good affordable dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was good. Staff were all very nice. Our issues were with the in-room facilities not being maintained. The shower refused to drain. A staff member fixed that for us while we had dinner. And the toilet usually refused to flush. Pressing or holding the button rarely worked. Otherwise a great an quiet airport hotel, convenient for an early next-day departure.

Needs more attention to details.

Firstly, it took 20 minutes of driving around trying to find the hotel. The only signage said “Hilton something, so, even though we had the address, it was not identified until you were at the front desk. One gal said, “Oh yeah, someone ordered a sign.” One of the fellows said they had not had a sign for three and a half weeks. If I were an employee, I would at least get some poster board and markers and put signs outside. Why invite clients to be unhappy before they check in? The lighting on the rooms is very complicated and inflexible. There was no way to have a night light, and, if you turned on the bathroom lights, it looked like Yankee Stadium, reflected off the mirror across from the bathroom, flooding the sleeping area with bright light and a reflected view of the toilet., Finally, I have a service dog and was told at check-in that I would have to pay for him. I asked about it, mentioning that it was unusual. She insisted. The young man who checked me out in the morning removed the charge when I showed him the hotels.com listing.

Great stay right near the airport. The airport shuttle only operates on the week days though. You have about a 5 minute walk to a shuttle to get to the airport on the weekends.

Aircon in our room doesn't get cold enough...didn't sleep well, shower took a long time to get the water warm, the drain in the shower needs to be fix. For the good side/ things.. restaurant dinner is very good, shuttle service is very quick to pick us up...very close to the airport, breakfast is okay. Short stay recommended...for business...for leisure, one day is okay. We had delicious dinner.

Nice hotel, very friend staff. Had all the usual stuff in the room, like tea and coffee but also conditioner in the shower as well as separate shampoo and body wash. Great free breakfast with a waffle machine!
