Pros: - friendly staff - big room - secure - central location - free hot drinks - weekly cleaning service - nice extras like chocolates on my birthday - garage and bike storage Cons: - just a bit outdated in parts It's a nice place, nothing incredibly fancy or special, but the staff are really nice & helpful and, given it's great location, it has everything you need.
Terrible interior, bad and inflexible cleaning service, location in a very busy street, which makes it very loud, also on the highest floors. Check-in desk is okay and friendly, as soon as you leave the lobby, okayness ends.
This apartment hotel is great value for money, typical of a lot of Citadines hotel apartments. Central location in the fabulously well known Toulouse and clean and well appointed. One piece of advice, book a room with beds! Sounds funny but our friends took a cheaper room with a Studio and the bed dropped down from the wall. Overall, I would recommend this as a very good place to stay.
it was ok, not value for money daily same breakfast served location is good hotel staff was ok overall it was ok, but not very satisfactory i suggest citadines please keep changing breakfast thank you
This must have been the worst hotel I have stayed in in quite some time. And I travel quite a lot to different places and happy to try new hotels. Got a first floor room that only has half a window at the bottom and is facing the very noisy street (feels like I am sitting on the street). On top of that a very annoying squeaking sound from the elevator door and I can hear everything from the room next door. Even earplugs (which I always bring) don't help much. Otherwise room is very basic and does the job. Staff are friendly. Reception area is very bland and could do with a bit of a refresh. Not so sure about the area. I won't be coming back that's for sure due to the noise and the old saying "you get what you pay for" is so true. Should have spent a bit more and gotten something nicer.
We arrived by 14.00 but we're informed that our room was not ready. Fair enough I thought it does say 15.00 on the booking detail. However, after being informed that it wouldn't be ready till around 15.45 on the third time of asking I felt that we were not receiving the best customer service. We did get a call just after 15.15 and returned to get the room key. We were in room s45 on forth floor. The window was very small so for me no view of the street but my husband is tall enough to see so he could check the queue length for L'entrecote. The bed was extremely comfy for us - we like a hard bed but there was no headboard. The room had all the features we expect from an aparthotel , kitchen with kettle toaster ,small dishwasher ,fridge and electric hob. We didn't prepare any food but there was a microwave with grill feature, although it was high on the shelf and I would not have been able to reach the controls. The location of this aparthotel is so convenient we travelled from blagnac airport on public tram line 2 and metro line b for 1.60 euro each and returned to blagnac on the airport shuttle bus for 8 euros each. During our stay we were able to access lots of interesting locations from shopping and museums , and we only had to walk a few minutes for dinner on both nights we stayed. The aircon worked well for us , WiFi was a little slow but that might have been my device. We were offered a map of the city with locations we might like to visit. If we had wanted to self cater we had many opportunities to buy food - the victor hugo market is only a block away and we also had a supermarket 2 days away to stock up on drinks
I have been Toulouse for a congress in July. First, the location is very good. It is very close to the metro station and bus station. By a few minutes of walk, you can visit the centrum Le Capitole. In addition, there are so many restaurants and markets around the hotel. I really liked the location. Next, the staff at the reception is very kind and welcoming. During my stay, at one night, I had a chance to chat with a guy at the reception. Third, the rooms are clean, wide and fresh. In the room, there is a kitchen you can use and there are lots of equipments also. You can cook your meal whenever you want. In addition, there is a microwave oven. Although it is next to the main street, the rooms are silent. I did not have the breakfast, thefore I don't have any comments; but all in all, the location is perfect and the rooms are comfortable. Prices are good.
it has a good location for public transport or supermarket shopping ... it is very quiet also. Equipped nice and clean bathroom and kitchen . laundry machine and courtyard ,just downstairs you can find you need.
I have stayed at other Ccitadines ApartHotels, so I knew what was to be expected; however, the company seem to have upped their game. The installation of an efficient fridge and a dishwasher made it a much more pleasant stay. Being quintessentially British (English) I would have liked a normal size teacup and a cereal bowl in the kitchen, but the absence of those items did not detract from my stay. WiFi was excellent and it was great to have body lotion and shower gel provided. This was my first ever hand luggage journey and so I came prepared to buy these items so I was delighted that I did not need to. My apartment had a small garden and sun lounger outside and although I did not use it, great opportunity had I wanted to lounge. The free coffee was a great treat and it was good quality. The choice of patisseries, supermarkets and pharmacies was good and they were literally next door. I wasted my travelcard purchase as everywhere was in 10 minutes walking distance. The tram service from the airport is ace. For less than 2€ it was almost a door to door service. All in all, great stay....Merci!
Room was clean & tidy but looked a lot smaller than on booking.Com website. Think we got a good discount using this website, would have been a bit disappointed if paid full price. Kitchenette well enough equiped but no coffee /tea provisions like most hotels. Staff seemed a bit glum, not really enjoying their job it seems. Had to remake the bed on arrival as sheet was thrown on and the mattress protector had slipped down. There was only one spare pillow even though there was two of us. No major problems just a few annoying issues that prevents this place getting more stars. However location is great.
