Disappointed in not getting the room we booked The sinks were blocked and the smoke alarm was dismantled . The staff were excellent and sorted this but it should have been checked before hand

Good for an overnight stay close enough to airport

The apartment was clean and had everything for an overnight stay. The furniture looked tired and we were unable to take a shower as there was no hook high enough to hang the shower head.

Someone was in my room, used it while I was out

On arrival I was told that, despite advertising free wifi, the hotel could only offer me an ethernet cable for a laptop. On my last evening, I returned to drop bags off. My keycard no longer worked in the door. When I got a replacement and entered, the light was off where I had left it on in the morning. In the main room, the coffee table was pushed against the side of the room, and the sofabed's cover was loosely zipped shut. Peanuts from a bag I had bought were spilled out over the table. Someone had been in my room. When I told reception there was no apology, and a denial that anyone could have been in my room. Someone had been cut a key for my room in error, I was told, but this was deemed to be a fellow conference goer staying in the apartment underneath me. I don't believe this to be true.

Very basic, nothing special

Stayed for a conference nearby. This is way outside of Toulouse and traffic is horrible so don't stay here if your aim is Toulouse. Not an overly warm staff, just basic service. Wifi is weak and breakfast was just pastries and bad coffee. There's a nice coffee shop in the strip mall around the corner. Nothing much else in neighbourhood.

Booked as this included free parking and we was only crashing here for the night before driving on- it doesn't have free parking.

I won't stay there again

My colleague and I who were staying here for a few days for a training conference were very disappointed in the room, property, and staff. First, after checking in and going to our room, we found out that the hotel does not even have the room configuration (one bedroom apartment with twin beds) I booked through Expedia. They had no options to help us, except that one of us could sleep on the sofa bed (which was not comfortable, though neither was the main bed in the bedroom). The room was dirty upon arrival: the trash hadn't been emptied, there was a really dirty towel left in a closet, the dishes in the kitchenette were dirty, and the floors were dirty. The sheets didn't seem fresh either. Upon mentioning this, the manager said that she would have the room cleaned that day, but all they did was take out the trash, without addressing the other issues, or even giving us soap to wash the dirty dishes. In addition, the room was advertised on Expedia as having free high-speed internet. In reality, it was not free and nor was it available in the room. There is wifi by the reception (where there is one chair in a dark hallway) and supposedly you can have internet by using the cable in the room, though the cable didn't work in our room. The attitude of the staff, especially the front desk worker, was not accommodating or apologetic. My colleagues speaks French, so it wasn't a communication issue. I wouldn't recommend staying there!

Awful mattress

The hotel is a reasonable hotel is a handy location for the airport and Colomiers. However, the bed was the worst hotel I have ever experienced, and I had a dreadful nights sleep with the mattress springs constantly waking me up with every move. I complained to the hotel reception in the morning, and all I received was an apologetic smile.

Just ok.

The apartments were clean and maintained. The rooms had a stale smell though on arrival. Also had asked in advance for a travel cot, which hadn't been put into room. We chose it for self catering option with 3 young children for quick sleepover from Toulouse airport - if coming from airport, would probably try a hotel closer to airport next time.

Ok for a overnight stay

The hotel was firstly very difficult to find and it is in the middle of an industrial estate which I hadnt realised but the signs to it are very very difficult to find! The sofa had a dirty mark on the cover and our bed cover was stained we took the cover off the bed and luckily the sheets were clean! The receptionist had not told us you need to book breakfast so when we arrived at breakfast they were not expecting us but the lady was lovely who was in charge and really helped us and made room for us! The pool wasnt open until 11 and we were checking out at 10 so we left and got straight to the airport earlier than required but we felt we had no where to go! This hotel is ok if you dont have children and if you are just staying for a night whilst passing through which is what we were doing!

Bien mais besoin renovation dans certains apparts

J'ai apprécié l'aménagement de l'Appartcity Colomiers/Toulouse. Des blocs de « maisons » contenant divers appartements. Cependant, le mien avait besoin d'être rénové, en particulier la salle de bain. Une pièce assez grande avec une horrible cabine de douche minuscule dans le coin. Le pommeau de douche glisse le long de la barre de manière comique toutes les 20 secondes pendant la douche... carrelage froid, chauffage ancien... une remise à neuf s'impose ! Le studio était grand mais avec une télévision trop petite pour être vue correctement et cachée derrière une table haute ... coin cuisine sombre avec seulement la lumière de la cuisinière pour voir ... Je reviendrai mais je téléphonerai à l'avance pour m'assurer d'une meilleure chambre.
