Really bad experience!

Hi, We could not stay in this hotel! Firstly, I booked it at 20:30 and it supposed the last time to do the check in is 20:00 hours I arrived to the hotel maybe at 21 hours with my family and nobody was in the reception. In addition to this all the hotel was close! I wait for one hour with my wife and my 3 kids, (one of them is a one year old baby)! We were so tire! We just to wanted to rest very good all night! After maybe 30 min I called to a number that is writing in the website for 3 time, one of them a man answered me and after explained that was happening he hung up the phone! .... It was a extremely bad experience that my family and me happened! Then, maybe at midnight we fortunately got a hotel, we need to paid for this again. In conclusion, I want my money back and also the money that I have already paid in another hotel, this is for the really bad experience that we had!. I hope you consider my disappointing with it, and paid me back my money that you got from my account and also all my waste of time. Sincerely, Juan Leon

I was visiting a friend. All the staff are really great - very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, the floors are tiled and spotless. I appreciated the swimming pool. It is a 3 minute walk to a few local shops including a supermarket and bakers/pastry shop, a butchers and a bank, which was all I needed, I'd definitely return and definitely recommend. The only negative comment is the carpet in the corridor upstairs could do with changing and despite the staff's best help to get it sorted, my safe didn't work.

This was an very spacious apartment - complete with everything needed to be at home. Rooms are big including living room/kitchen. Felt very much at ease. Close to shopping and supermarkets etc. Very accessible with a car. Will return!

If you want a TLS airport hotel - don’t. Delayed flight or other delay there is no reception or coverage after 8pm - it’s in the small print.

Avoid this place

Avoid if you can.. Hard to find and feels like a refugee camp. Lots of men hanging around in front of building all night smoking and talking. A lot of construction workers and seemingly transients. Room was dirty - toilet was disgusting and dry urine covered down to the floor. We just needed a last minute layover as a late arrival and early departure. We both have bed bug bites. Spend the extra 20 bucks and get a nicer hotel.

Deja vu Appartments Cornebarrieu

My 3rd time at Appartment City Toulouse. I've found the staff helpful attentive and speaking excellent English on all 3 occasions. Its competitively priced and good value for money. Parking is good and I've had no security issues. It is slightly remote with not a great choice of eateries however if you head into Cornebarrieu there is an English pub showing Sky / BT sports and various eateries. Being France the public transport is non existant so be prepared to pay for a cab or stay sober. I haven't tried the breakfast so cannot comment on that. My only negative is that the hot water for a bath is often lacking.

Clean, modern comfortable apartment.

Very nice apartment with a swimming pool as well. Lots of local restaurants to try out, but you'll need a car. Reception seems to shut at 8 so not sure what you'd do if you wanted to check in after this. I can thoroughly recommend it.

Hotel policies need to be changed

Hotel apartments are good, clean and comfortable, the service is terrible. I stayed for 2 weeks and never got clean towels, even after requesting them. Also, my key didn't work one evening and no one answered any of the emergency tel nos, luckily I was able to stay in a friends apartment but otherwise I would have had to sleep in the hall.There is no one on reception in the evening.The hotel did refund me for my inconvenience, but they need to rethink the service.
