Basically a Hostel in the heart of Toulouse city. I liked the property being affordable, with a kitchenette to take care of your own food, close to supermarket. Only downside i can think of this property is that AC is missing and this makes the property not much suitable for our summer stay. Wifi is free within the property premises.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the city centre, close to shops, parks, the canal and the river and is only 10 minutes in an uber from the Airport (without traffic). My partner and I stayed for 3 nights and it was great, while this is affordable accommodation, it provides exactly what we were looking for. The room was large and had everything we needed, with excellent Wi-Fi, a small kitchen, and was clean and tidy upon our arrival. There are some black out shutters, which are great, although it resulted in us only waking up at 11:00am on Saturday, which might eat into your city exploring time. We were there for a relaxing weekend away, it seems to be tucked into a quiet side of the city and benefits from various routes to the main city centre. If you’re looking for an affordable base that is easily accessible, that allows you the freedom to come and go as you please, or even just sleep in until noon then this is a strong recommendation. However, if you’re looking for a hotel with some frills (like a cleaning service everyday) then this is not for you. Think of this more of an affordable AirBnB in the city.

My girlfriend and I had a lovely time at this very clean and friendly hotel. Upon arrival we checked in and were told our room had been upgraded free of charge which was perfect! The location is only a 20 minute walk from the city centre and public transport is very cheap, €10.50 for a three day visitor pass on the trams and buses. The only thing we could recommend for improvement is a shower curtain in room 103 as water was soaking the floor and toilet. Overall we had an amazing stay in Toulouse and this hotel couldn't have made us feel any more welcome!

A group of us were here on a university seminar. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. The only negative is that you get just 1 towel for the entire stay, unless of course you keep calling the reception to ask for a change. If you don't want to do that, then there's a laundry for you to wash your own cloths. This is not a hotel so don't go with extremely high expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling on a budget as it is worth the price we paid and the staff were helpful & friendly.

very budget friendly accommodation akin to student accommodation in a university. unfortunately the rooms don't have any airconditioning so they get very uncomfortably warm in the middle of european summer, the time when we stayed in this place. it does not offer any housekeeping so be prepared to make your own bed or wash your towels. location is very handy as it is only a short walk to the metro station, river garrone, or the touristy old town.

Hi, I was staying at Sejour et Affaires de Brienne from 16 May to 19 May 2016. It is apartment style hotel with a mini kitchen with all the pans, pots, cups and plates and a mini fridge. It was a clean and has comfortable bed with TV too. Hotel main entrance had keypad access which made it easier for us since we arrived at midnight and departed around 10pm. Rooms had actual keys. Only saw the receptionist once but she was friendly and helpful. 15 min walk and you can reach either St Cyprien Metro (Red line) or Compans Caferrelli Metro (Yellow line).

First, as many have probably mentioned, this is NOT a hotel. It's just a student hostel combined with leasing services? So expect NONE of hotel services, and you are even reminded to CLEAN UP (includes taking out rubbish and washing up the place / items used) a day before you leave. You need to keep the noise down too as it is a students residence. Positive(s): The place is relatively clean for a hygiene freak like me. Space of room is okay except the shower cubicle which is quite a joke (elaboration next para since this one is spos to be positive). A quiet place for my peaceful stay. Mattress and pillow and sheets comfortable! It has a mini kitchen, microwave and 2 hot plates, with complete set of dining ware, so its probably useful for family or groups planning to cook. Location: Mini mart nearby, food (bakeries) nearby, train station about 2.2km away, nearest metro (either lines) about 1km away. It is a (short) distance from everything, meaning you need the metro to get everywhere or if you dont mind strolling all the way there, which I did for some evenings. Reception: Only operates on weekdays till 7pm. As my train delayed etc, I was rushing and caught the lady in time, she was nice enough to show me my room still, cause weirdly enough the rooms have no numbers on the doors! Anyway the staffs were pretty friendly and helpful, and most importantly English proficient. Negative(s): I mean you can shower, no probs, but I bet you're gonna accidentally hit the shower pipes at least thrice, once of which should be the hot water pipe and yelp in oblivious pain. You get one towel and two rolls of toilet paper for your entire stay, regardless of length. You can request for cleaning services or towel change with extra cost. Toilet rolls? Please buy them down the mart or grab some leaves. Basically, what you've paid is merely for the right to stay, none services included though available with charges. Surprisingly, even with a mini kitchen, you have to specially request for a boiler. Also hair dryer, toaster, ask and you shall receive... Overall it is an economically comfortable choice, but if I were to return to Toulouse, I'd most likely choose somewhere more strategic in location, because I'm sure for the same price it can get at least a decent budget hotel stay.

This is a cheap cheap place. It's not at all the nice apartment shown on the website. It is student accommodation with nothing you expect as a traveller. One thin towel is provided for the week between cleanings. If you request an additional cleaning, which is posted as an offer, it will take two or three days to get it organised. Otherwise, be prepared to live with your rubbish and dirty towels. The room was neither clean nor well maintained. And the bathroom smelled faintly of sewer. Avoid this place, unless you are a student looking for long term accommodation.

This is more like an university residence than a hotel. So they lack all the service you can expect at a regular hotel. Very small rooms with sofa-beds (suprisingly comfortable) and ridicoulous quichen that makes impossible to make a proper dinner. The shower is so small that it seems a joke. Nevertheless, the apartments (rooms with kichenette) are very clean, the staff is very nice, the building and surrandings are quiet and a 35 minute walk from the capitole. Lots of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. If you know where are you going and it fits you, the place is great, and the price spectacular.

Good sized studio apartment in student area. Knowledgable and friendly staff. King size sofa-bed comfortable if slightly squeaky! There is also a single sofa-bed available so this would make a very cheap room for three. I paid £160 ((175 euro) for four nights. Bathroom is compact but practical - shower is big enough for me ( 88 kg man) so I can't see the moan on that. All in all very acceptable!
