In the resort 3 km from the centre of de Toulon, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: well-kept garden 100 m2 (fenced), public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, bus stop 300 m, ferry "pour la Corse" 3.2 km, sandy beach "Mourillon" 3.5 km. Tennis 1.5 km, cable car 3 km, children's playground 1 km. Please note: car recommended. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
3-room villa 61 m2. Bright, beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace.
